Winnipeg Jets issue qualifying offers

In order to retain an RFAs negotiation rights qualifying offers needed to be tendered by today at 4 pm CT.  The Jets list of RFAs includes:  Andrew Copp, Connor Hellebuyck. Quinton Howden, Scott Kosmachuk, JC Lipon, Ryan Olsen and Brandon Tanev.

The Jets announced that they have made qualifying offers to the following players:

Andrew Copp, Connor Hellebuyck,  JC Lipon  and Brandon Tanev.

If a player doesn’t receive a qualifying offer than they automatically become a UFA.
