Winnipeg Jets Injury Update: CJ Suess and Evgeny Svechnikov out with UBIs

The Jets got a lot of players back for today’s practice in Winnipeg but two players missing were CJ Suess and Evgeny Svechnikov. Suess blocked a shot with his hand in Detroit on Thursday and it wasn’t clear what happened to Svechnikov.

Interim Jets head coach Dave Lowry provided an update on the pair following skate indicating:

CJ Suess has an upper-body injury which could be longer than day-to-day. Evgeny Svechnikov also has an upper-body injury, was listed as day-to-day (although he said they are still getting a timeline).

Jets practice again on Monday so we shall see if there is any movement.
