Winnipeg Jets Injury Report: Dylan Samberg is week-to-week with an upper-body injury

It has been a really solid start to his NHL career for Jets 2017 2nd rounder Dylan Samberg after the 2021-22 season got off to a rocky start when he suffered a high-ankle sprain on day 1 of training camp.

After recovering and playing very well for the Moose in the AHL he earned a recall up to the Jets where he has continued to play well in the six games he has under his belt which include two assists.

Interim coach Dave Lowry advised during his media availability that the defenceman was “week-to-week” with an “upper-body injury”.

Tough news for the Minnesota product.
