For the first time in awhile the list of wounded is about to shrink for the Jets.  Here was the list provided by the Jets as of this morning:

Bryan Little*  (20 games missed)  Lower Body (Indefinite)  Oct. 13 vs. CAR
Drew Stafford* (15 games missed) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Oct. 25 at DAL
Shawn Matthias* (11 games missed) Lower Body (Indefinite) Nov. 1 vs. WSH
Mathieu Perreault* (10 games missed) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Nov. 3 at WSH
Joel Armia* (10 games missed) Lower Body (Indefinite) Nov. 3 at WSH
Tyler Myers (5 games missed) Lower Body (Day-to-Day) Nov. 13 vs. LAK
Kyle Connor* (4 games missed) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Nov. 13 vs. LAK.

As you can see it differs from last week in that Mark Stuart and Alexander Burmistrov are no longer on it.  Sounds like Drew Stafford is also ready to go.

Coach Maurice provided an update today:

Drew Stafford: “Drew is available for the lineup tomorrow night.  He needed to get through a full practice and feel good.  As of right now he did but we will wait till tomorrow morning to make sure that continued.”

Kyle Connor: “Kyle is just slightly behind that.  His next practice will get some bumping in.  He needs to get through just a non-contact full skate so he is still a couple of days before we can clear him.”

Bryan Little: “Bryan I’d say now we are talking day-to-day but I’m not expecting him before the end of this trip but he is getting closer.”

Mathieu Perreault: “Nothing.  They’re not progressing quickly.  I wouldn’t say they are not progressing as quickly as we hoped as you always want a guy back faster.  There is a range on all these injuries and each one is different in terms of how fast they can come back from that injury.”  (Note:  Coach Maurice seemed to be talking about both Perreault and Myers in his answer but the question was about Perreault’s health).

When asked if Perreault and Myers are skating coach Maurice indicated “very light”.
