Last injury report came out on the 25th but five days later we had some players return to the ice for a skate although the list of skating wounded remains high. Here is the list as of today’s count:
Tyler Myers* (36) Lower Body (Day-to-Day) Nov. 11 vs. COL

Ben Chiarot* (8) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Jan. 11 vs. MTL
Drew Stafford* (3) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Jan. 21 vs STL
Mathieu Perreault* (2) Upper Body (Day-to-Day) Jan. 24 vs ANA
Total Man Games Lost: 208. *Injured reserve.
Coach Maurice spoke before the team left for St. Louis and this is what he had to say:
On Mathieu Perreault:
“Back skating. I’m hopeful that somewhere on this trip he may get back in the lineup. I will be cautious about that but he was far better today than I thought he would be.”
He then spoke about Perreault and Drew Stafford:
“Both he and Drew Stafford are guys that we’ll bring on the trip that are possible.”
Ben Chiarot:
“Won’t travel. He skated for the first time today but won’t make the trip cause he won’t get inside that window.”
Marko Dano:
“Skated for the first time. He’s still two weeks.”
Tyler Myers:
“He’s alternating days. We’re hoping that when we get back, he’ll get back on the ice. I can’t tell you what its going to look like, whether it’s a practice or he’s just out skating on his own, but that’s what we are shooting for.”
Recap of the game.
Thoughts on the big 5-0 win.
