The Jets snapped a three game losing streak on Sunday night by defeating Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers 1-0 in the shootout and it wasn’t just Winnipeg’s fifth win of the season. It was also bench boss Paul Maurice’s 700th career regular season win in the NHL.
Maurice’s coaching career began with the Hartford Whalers back on November 7, 1995, as his squad beat the Sharks 7–3.
