Winnipeg Jets Transaction Report: David Gustafsson and Kristian Vesalainen reassigned to the Moose, Luoto to the taxi squad

Prospects need to play and David Gustfasson and Krisitan Vesalainen are heading to the AHL to to start playing some big minutes with the Moose as the Jets announced the 2018 2nd rounder and 2017 1st rounder had been reassigned to their AHL affiliate. Gustafsson played four games for the Jets this season with his last action coming on February 4th while Veslainen has played eight games with his last game on February 17th.  The Swede and Finn developed good chemistry last season in the AHL playing on the top line for the Moose.

The Moose are in Belleville to conclude an eight-game road trip.

The Jets also announced that Joona Luoto was reassigned to the taxi squad.

Taxi Squad: Logan Stanley, Joona Luoto, Nelson Nogier, Dominic Toninato and Eric Comrie.
