Winnipeg Jets have placed Matt Halischuk on IR

Hopefully TJ Galiardi didn’t get too comfortable in St. John’s (he was re-assigned this morning) as he has been recalled with news that the Jets have placed Matt Halischuk on IR.

Update:  Coach Maurice indicated that Halischuk has a lower body injury.   Said he will be out beyond a week-to-week basis.
