Winnipeg Jets extend winless run to five (3 OT losses) as Wild rally late, win in OT

The Jets snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, giving up a late 3rd period goal on the penalty kill with just 22 seconds left on the clock and then losing in OT, 4-3. That’s their third OT loss in the last five games which is good that they are earning a point from the game but not ideal when you consider how far back they are from even a wild card spot.

Neal Pionk tied Andrew Copp for the 10th most games played in a Jets 2.0 uniform.

It looked like Gustav Nyquist‘s long goal scoring drought would finally end at 26 games as he scored against his old team but it was challenged for being offside. It was indeed and his drought continues to 27 games.
