Winnipeg Jets Evander Kane has successful surgery

Scott Brown, Senior Director, Corporate Communications for True North Sports has announced via twitter that the Jets star forward underwent successful surgery today.

Following the surgery, Kane added this;

So good news for Jets fans that he will recover with plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming season.
