Notable:

It was an excellent 1st period the Jets and Avs did battle to a 0-0 game.

After Colorado took a 1-0 lead off a great play by Nathan MacKinnon the Jets took a one goal lead into the 2nd intermission. It began with David Gustafsson picking up his first point of the season as he sauced a pass over to Morgan Barron who got his fifth of the season. Then Gabriel Vilardi scored his 20th of the season as he set a new career high for points with 42.

After a huge PK to end regulation the Jets got a big win in OT with Neal Pionk ripping home a shot which registered over 92 MPH. After the game he joked that the “Puck must go a little faster in the altitude”.

Multipoint Game:

Josh Morrissey 2A
Vlad Namestnikov 2A
