Winnipeg Jets place Dominic Toninato on waivers

The Jets had recalled Dominic Toninato ahead of their game against the Kings but as he was past the waiver eligibility timeline (30 days on active roster) when they re-assigned him to the Moose he needs to pass through waivers again to reset the waivers clock.

As per CapFriendly they have done just that putting the veteran Minnesotan on waivers for purposes of assignment to the Moose.

In nine games with Manitoba this season he has two goals and four assists. He’s spent quite a bit of time up with Winnipeg as the 13th forward.
