Jets took Thomas Milic in the 5th rounder of the 2023 draft as an overager and that pick is certainly looking like a steal as the former WHL goalie of the year continued his winning ways as he transitioned to the pros during the 2023-24 campaign. After getting his feet wet down in Virginia Beach with the Norfolk Admirals in the ECHL he got the recall up to the Moose and he won the starting role and was a big part of the push from last place in the AHL to a playoff spot. He earned himself an ELC with the Jets back on May 3rd and now he returns to Winnipeg for his second Development Camp.
He's closing in on his first game since January 13th.
