Winnipeg Jets Development Camp Day 3: Edison Engle

Video Description:
It wasn’t the first time in Winnipeg for Jets draft pick Edison Engle who the organization selected this past weekend in the sixth round. He won a tournament here as a kid and coincidentally for the Illinois product randomly bumped into Jonathan Toews during that trip when the now Jets centre was with the Hawks. He spoke about his unique development path which saw the 6’2 left shot defenceman play in the USHL last season, is off to play in the OHL (Brantford Bulldogs) and then he’s committed to play NCAA (Ohio State Univ.) the year after.

I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
