Marko Dano’s stint with the Colorado Avalanche ended with the team putting him on waivers to be assigned to the AHL. This gave the Jets the opportunity to claim him back and assign him to the Manitoba Moose and that is exactly what the club did. This gives the club a good option at the AHL level or someone who can help the club with depth at the NHL level.
Dano was originally assigned to the Moose back in mid October but was claimed by Colorado. In eight games with the Avalanche he had zero points and has been a healthy scratch of late.
