We are getting closer to training camp officially kicking off and until then the players continue to skate at the IcePlex.  Catch up with the Czech duo of Ondrej Pavelec and Michael Frolik.

Ondrej Pavelec – Being back in Winnipeg.  His summer regime.  Feeling good on the ice.  Moves made by the team.  His thoughts on realignment.  Does this change his outlook?  What does he want to improve on this year?  Did he change his offseason training change at all?  What specifically did he work on?  Does he feel better?  

Michael Frolik – What was his first reaction to being traded?  Being traded from a Stanley Cup team.  What does he expect out of Winnipeg?  What has his offseason been like?  Will the short break be difficult to bounce back from?  Does he know where he fits in on this team?  Could a good Stanley Cup playoffs translate to a good season in terms of scoring?  Playing an offensive role.  Any insight for realignment.  Any trash talking from his former Hawks teammates?
