Winnipeg Jets assign prospects Ville Heinola and Cole Perfetti to the Manitoba Moose

The Jets farm club got a boost this morning when Winnipeg announced that 2019 1st rounder Ville Heinola and 2020 1st rounder Cole Perfetti had been assigned to the Manitoba Moose today.

Now a lot can happen between today and the start of the AHL season which is scheduled to start on February 5th. This is just a move made for roster compliance by the Jets. For now these two (when out of quarantine and able) will practice with the players designated to play for Manitoba.
