Winnipeg Jets assign Eric Comrie to the Manitoba Moose

He backed up Connor Hellebuyck in last night’s 5-3 Jets win over the Senators but the team has decided that it is time for goalie Eric Comrie to resume his spot as the number one goalie for their farm club.  So he has been assigned to the Manitoba Moose of the AHL today and will join the team as they head out to North Dakota for two pre-season games on Friday (Grand Forks) and Saturday (Fargo) against the farm club of the Minnesota Wild (the Iowa Wild).

This leaves the Jets with 29 players in camp.

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
