Winnipeg Jets assign Cole Perfetti to the Manitoba Moose

The Jets announced they have assigned 2020 1st rounder Cole Perfetti to the Manitoba Moose. Perfetti played in his first and second NHL games with the Jets to start the 2021-22 season. He was a healthy scratch last night in Minnesota.

While some may lament the move it will mean he plays big minutes down on the farm.

The Moose are concluding a three-game road trip tonight in Laval.  They play their home opener on Friday.
