Winnipeg Jets Announce Teemu Selanne and Teppo Numminen as 2022-23 Hall of Fame Inductees

The Winnipeg Jets announced today that Teemu Selanne and Teppo Numinnen will be inducted into the team’s Hall of Fame prior to the November 17th game versus the Anaheim Ducks. The two players, both from Finland, will be the ninth and tenth inductees into the team’s Hall of Fame.

Both players, tremendously popular during their respective stints in Winnipeg, were key members of Jets teams during the 1.0 incarnation of the franchise, culminating in Selanne’s 76-goal rookie season, an NHL record that stands to this day.

In addition to the Hall of Fame induction, the Jets will host a Gala Dinner on November 15th where both players will be celebrated.
