Andrew Ladd – Why is the team not in the playoffs?  How big was the coaching change?  How unsettling would it be if they have another coaching change next year?  Accountability from coach Maurice.  How important is it to get into the playoffs with this core?  Does it drive them when they are questioned as a group?

On the potential of a different coach next season – “I want him (Maurice) back.  I think he is a great coach and a great mind and is really good for this group.  I think everyone in that room loves to play for him so when you have something like that and you have a group  that is willing to work and do whatever, then I think you want a guy like that back!”

Importance to get into playoffs with this core – “I completely believe in this group.  Playoffs is one thing but I’m not here just to make the playoffs.  We want to build something here where we are contending year after year.  I feel like we have the guys in the room to do that.”
