Winnipeg Sun: Jets co-owner Chipman missing the mark. Paul reacts to the news that is spreading like wildfire around the NHL.

The Athletic: Jets ownership sounds the alarm on attendance: ‘Not going to work over the long haul’. (Paywall). Couple of things. 1) They reportedly have only 15% corporate sales when most NHL teams are at 40% minimum. That’s a lot to ask from one of the smallest fan bases in the legaue. 2) This comment hits hard: “We’ve had to reinvent ourselves,” Chipman said. “For 10 years, we weren’t a sales organization; we were a service organization, and I’m not sure we were that good of a service organization, to be honest with you.”
