Jets news:

Sportsnet:  11 most disappointing NHL teams of 2016–17.  Seems like a fair spot for the Jets and a lot less sensational of a title than when the Jets were pronounced the most disappointing team in the NHL last week.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets coach hasn’t earned extension.  Paul gives his take on the topic of extended the Jets current bench boss and why he feels Jets should keep the pressure on their coach prior to rewarding him with another contract.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Rookie D-man Nogier makes NHL debut with Jets tonight.  (Paywall).  Seems like just yesterday that we were watching him in the AHL and now he will make his NHL debut.  Mike sets up tonight’s game.
