These used to be held in July but now the Jets hold them right after the NHL Entry Draft. While some of the prospects who will be participating are known (here is the list from 2018) the Jets still have four picks to make in Vancouver this weekend so the full roster isn’t yet being released.

The Winnipeg Jets announced today the schedule for their 2019 Development Camp that runs from Monday, June 24 to Friday, June 28 at Bell MTS Iceplex.
Medicals and testing, both on-ice and off-ice, take place on Monday, June 24. There will be no media availability on Monday. Practice sessions begin Tuesday, June 25 at 10 a.m. with media availability to follow at 1:15 p.m. The Winnipeg Jets Development Camp schedule (subject to change) is listed below. A reminder that all practices are open to the public.
The roster for the 2019 Jets Development Camp will be announced prior to the beginning of camp.
