Wheeler & Little support Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter

If you are looking to support a great cause or you just want to meet a member of the Winnipeg Jets, tomorrow at 3062 Portage Avenue you can meet both Blake Wheeler and Bryan Little.  They will be at the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter as part of the Helping Hero fundraiser from 2 pm until 3:30 pm.  Both Jets players are big pet guys and are actively involved in helping out this charity.

There are a number of ways that you can support this cause and have an opportunity to win some great prizes;

– Every person who donates a minimum $5 will be entered into a draw to win two tickets to the March 18th, 2012 game against the Carolina Hurricanes.

– You can donate $5 and receive an autograph from one of the players.

– If you sign up to become a monthly donor, you are entered into a monthly draw to win a Jets prize (like team signed Jersey, game used stick, etc.) as well as Pet supplies (food for a year).

Not to be forgotten with all the Jets talk is the great work this local, non-profit charity does so make sure you check this out tomorrow.
