Was the Bryan Bickell hit on Dustin Byfuglien fair or foul?

It isn’t often that 6′ 5″ 260 lbs Dustin Byfuglien is on the receiving end of a big hit but in the 1st period of the Jets/Hawks game the big man was demolished by a 6′ 4″ 223 lbs Bryan Bickell hit.

Lots of controversy over whether the hit was fair or foul. What do you think?
