Grand Forks was the last US city to host the event, so you would have to give the edge to Minneapolis-St. Paul and Buffalo. To be honest, Minneapolis-St. Paul would be my choice to host the event. The state loves its hockey, has a beautiful arena and the fan interest to go with it.
