Some interesting news courtesy of The Athletic this morning as Pierre LeBrun, Michael Russo and Eric Duhatschek did a comprehensive article about the NHL with plenty on the Jets.

In addition to talking about Pierre-Luc Dubois, they had this notable mention on Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck:

“And there should be no confusion about whether Hellebucyk has interest in signing an extension in Winnipeg. That ship has sailed. His next contract will be with a new team.
