Teams in Trouble: Coyotes might want to whiteout the balance sheet, Will Winnipeg be left at the alter by NHL?

Globe & Mail:  Will Winnipeg get left at the altar by NHL?  That is the big knock on Winnipeg.  Why would the NHL need to sell itself to a market that is already buying fully into it’s product.  Of course no longer needing to prop up a franchise sounds like a good reason to us.

Winnipeg Sun:  Coyotes might want to take whiteout to balance sheet.  Friesen makes a very good point; what will happen when ticket prices increase and parking is no longer free?
