Tambellini’s silence at the B.C. Hockey Hall of Fame induction should have given it away

More than a few knowledgeable hockey eyebrows shot up in surprise when Tambellini politely accepted a $10,000 Canucks for Kids cheque from Boston Pizza Foundation director Cheryl Treliving, and made no mention of the Canucks’ coming plans. Not until this past Thursday did we find out why.

Douglas is right.  Tambellini isn’t “fake” and wasn’t going to put on an act then leave town only a few days later.  His choice to not address the Canucks’ coming plans was classy.
