The Jets pick is in as they select Colby Barlow from Orillia, Ontario with the 18th overall selection. He played for Owen Sound of the OHL where he scored 46 goals had 33 assists for 79 points in 59 games. He was captain of the team. He can get those shots off from either leg, too. It’s pretty special to watch. His sense of anticipation is a clear strength, informed by constant scanning away from the puck, and he always times his arrivals into space perfectly to make himself available as a passing option for his linemates.
