Kyle “Frickin” Connor

His real initials are KDC, short for Kyle David Connor, but around these parts Jets winger Kyle “Frickin” Connor, or KFC, is the nickname that has stuck. Which, of course, has led to a relationship with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Last season, during Game 2 of the Jets’ second-round playoff series against the Stars, they gave away chicken bucket hats to fans. While I wouldn’t normally report on something like this, the commercial they produced to promote the collab is worth mentioning. Who knew that Kyle “Frickin” Connor had acting chops.
