Mats Sundin’ agent has a gut feeling that the Toronto captain will return for another NHL season but whether that’s with the Maple Leafs or another NHL club is up in the air.

How the Leafs’ addition of Ron Wilson as head coach will influence Sundin’s decision is also uncertain, said J.P. Barry, the centre’s representative.

The way Sundin was playing last season, I do not see any scenario that sees him hang up his skates and call it a career. It would surprise me if the big Swedish center did not end up playing in the NHL for at least the next two seasons.
