There isn’t much Winnipeg-Jets related news tonight after two weekend trades that saw the team acquire Right Winger Eric Fehr and Left Winger Kenndle McArdle (Click here to read more about the Eric Fehr trade and Click here to read more about the Kenndle McArdle trade)

Don’t worry though. We’ve still got a few NHL-related articles for you to read on this lazy Sunday night.

Courtesy of TSN.ca: Chicago Blackhawks ink Viktor Stalberg to a two-year deal. Stalberg was part of the deal with Toronto that sent Kris Versteeg to the Maple Leafs. He has been inconsistent thus far in his time in the NHL but Hawks GM Stan Bowman and his staff seem confident that he can play a Top-9 role on their team. Stalberg has size and good hands but he needs to figure out how to become a regular contributor at The NHL level.

A fascinating article by Scott Cruickshank of The Calgary Herald about Clint Malarchuk, new goaltending coach for The Calgary Flames. Read this article. Trust me.

Remember Matthew Hulsizer? Well, The Globe and Mail’s David Shoalts updates us on Hulsizer’s bid to become a majority owner of The St.Louis Blues.
