”Hopefully, these guys have had enough of missing the playoffs, having people talk bad about the team, the organization,” Stillman said. ‘Hopefully, they’re tired of hearing `Oh, he’s never played in a playoff game.’ You develop that mentality of hating to lose, but you have to learn to win.”

Stillman may attempt to change the culture, but he can’t change the skill level of this team. That is why the Panthers have little chance of making the post-season in 2008/09.
