My take: Both of these men are qualified individuals. My question, and I’m sure it is that of many others as well, is whether this co-GM arrangement can last three more seasons. Obviously, the arrangement worked well for the last half of this past season, but there are far more decisions to be made during the off-season and beyond. It is hard to predict what the result of this arrangement will be; however, I don’t particularly see this trend growing around the NHL.
