Winnipeg had until today to elect arbitration with the restricted free agent but as per Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff they have chosen not to do so.

Dubois will also have the right to file for arbitration.

The Jets will have a second window which opens for arbitration on July 5th which closes on July 6th as per CapFriendly.

The expectation is this matter will likely have been dealt with prior to either side needing to file.
