The second-largest investor in the Predators’ ownership group has been hit with a second lawsuit.

William “Boots” Del Biaggio III is being sued by San Jose, Calif.-based Heritage Bank of Commerce, a bank founded by his father. Heritage is also suing Sand Hill Capital Partners III and the financial services firm of Merriman Curhan Ford over a $4 million loan.
