Winnipeg Jets sign RFA Brandon Tanev to a one-year, two-way deal

And then there were just two RFAs left (Jacob Trouba and J.C. Lipon) for Winnipeg.

Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports tweeted that the Jets have signed the Toronto area product to a one-year, two-way deal.  Tanev was signed by Winnipeg back on March 30th when his college season ended with the Providence College Friars.

He played three games during that California road trip for the Jets to close out the 2015-16 season.  He finished with no points while averaging about 12 minutes in ice time.

The team has made it official.  The AAV in the NHL is $874,125.00.
