Sportsnet’s Patrick King has a preview of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League:


The run to the Memorial Cup begins in earnest this week as the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League begins its 2008-09 season, with the Ontario and Western Hockey Leagues to follow later this month. Sportsnet.ca’s Patrick King previews each league, highlighting which team is the favourite to win the league championship and which team might surprise. we begin our preview with the QMJHL.

King does a nice job of breaking down the likely scenarios in the league. The Quebec Remparts are particularly interesting as coach Patrick Roy will have two sons on the roster this season.
