The Senators came back to win the game in OT and then for extra measure they won it a shootout. In case the headline or that last line is confusing you it was announced during the 1st period by JetsPR that regardless of the score the game would end with a shootout.

Highlights:
Notable:
It was Eric Comrie‘s first game in a Jets jersey in Winnipeg since April 2nd, 2019.
Backup goalie Mikhail Berdin was a friendly fire victim when Evgeny Svechnikov‘s shot went into the Jets bench in the 1st period. He was back on the bench in the 2nd period.
While this game has the chaotic feel of an AHL game you can see why the Jets signed Riley Nash. Steady presence out there.
Took Cole Perfetti about a period to get comfortable but the Jets 2020 1st rounder was really showing off his intellect in the 2nd period.
He doesn’t get a lot of fanfare but Jansen Harkins continued to show a relentlessness to his game.
Solid enough game for CJ Suess, David Gustafsson and Kristian Vesalainen.
Defenceman Johnny Kovacevic also had a good game, which merited him praise from head coach Paul Maurice.
