Patrik Laine in All-Star Weekend Skills Competition (Accuracy and Hardest shot)

We saw him taking part in a number of skills competition events here in Winnipeg back in December and this weekend as part of the NHL All-Star weekend Jets rookie Patrik Laine will be taking part in the Accuracy and Hardest shot competitions.

In the accuracy competition he will be up against a little known sniper from the Pacific Division named Connor McDavid.  Of course Laine set the local record going 4/4 in 8.4 seconds.

When it comes to hardest shot he will be up against Brent Burns.  When he took part in this event here at the MTS Centre his hardest shot topped out at 101.2.

Full list of the participants are here.
