Pascal Vincent will be named coach of the Manitoba Moose

According to Darren Dreger of TSN Pascal Vincent will be named head coach of the Manitoba Moose.  The longtime Jets assistant coach was rumoured to be looking into AHL opportunities and it looks like he will get his shot with the Jets AHL affiliate.  This move leaves an open spot on the Jets bench so while the Moose have their guy it appears the search will be on for the Jets to add an assistant to Paul Maurice’s squad.

The organization have scheduled a press conference for tomorrow at 10 am.  Stay tuned for all the latest news as I will be down at the MTS Centre covering it.
