- Special teams play may decide the Wings/Ducks series. It most certainly will. I don’t see the Wings sustaining their tremendous first round power play success, but anything over 20% should spell trouble for the penalty taking Ducks.
- Here was the lineup at Bruins practice today. Nothing new on this front.
- Jarome Iginla talked to the Calgary media on getaway day, but Miikka Kiprusoff did not. Why are people surprised? Iginla is the voice of the Flames and Kiprusoff has always been shy and introverted. Give the guy a break.
- Jussi Jokinen is for real, says coach Paul Maurice. Another great Lightning transaction.
