No 3rd period comeback for the Jets as they fall to a hungry Kraken team which pulled off the comeback in the final frame to win it 4-3.

For those who would like to take a deeper dive into the advanced stats click here to see the results from the game via Natural Stat Trick.

Notable:

Out of breath at the end of the 1st defenceman Dylan DeMelo looked like he was ready for his Jets calendar shoot.

The Winnipeg crowd recognized Mark Scheifele for point 700 and he salutes them back.

Mason Appleton sets a new career high for points as he’s up to 27 (10G 17A) in 61 games for the Jets. He had 25 (12G 13A) in 56 games for Winnipeg back in 2020-21.

Things were looking up for the home team as they took their first lead of the game early in the 3rd when Nino Niederreiter got his fourth goal in the last three games but 25 seconds later it was all tied up.

Late in the game an inopportune time for the first penalty of the game against Winnipeg which went against Logan Stanley for slashing and Seattle burns them.

Multipoint Game:

Adam Lowry 1G 1A
Mason Appleton 2A
