NHLPA Player Poll with some Winnipeg and Jets related results

The NHLPA released their annual player poll where they ask 626 NHL players 14 hockey related questions. I took a gander at any of the relevant to Winnipeg ones and the results were as follows:

What NHL arena has the best ice?

Canada Life came in 3rd place with 10.3% of the vote. The Bell Centre in Montreal was 1st with 35% of the vote.

If you need to win one game, who is the goalie you would want on your team?

Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck finished in 4th place with 3.5% of the vote. The overwhelming winner was Tampa’s Andrei Vasilevskiy with 52.3% of the vote.

When it comes to the off-ice votes only one area that concerns a Jet.

Who has the best shoe game?

Pierre-Luc Dubois finished in 5th with 2.1% of the vote.

I’ll be honest that is not one I pay attention to but clearly players do. Who knew.
