  • Al Strachan tells us the NHL is not joking around when it comes to hits to the head.  It’s about time.
  • Vincent Lecavalier is going to appear on HNIC to discuss, among other things, the Barry Melrose dismissal. Good on him.
  • Five goals for former Penguins forward Aleksey Morozov in the KHL yesterday.  This guy could be popping 30+ in the NHL if he wanted to play in North America.
  • Sean Leahy runs down some of the best hockey player advertisements of all-time.  Messier doing the Lays ad takes the cake, although the BIll Clement topless Off-Skintastic commercial may be one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.
  • The current NHL standings in baseball format courtesy of the Battle of Alberta.  I really like the way they do this.
