Bettman sent the e-mail to deputy commissioner Bill Daly on April 4, 2009, after talking about the club’s future with Earl Scudder, a lawyer working for Coyotes majority owner Jerry Moyes. This is just confirmation on what we have been hearing for the past few days, but is very interesting nonetheless.  I personally believe this would be a great move for the NHL, but lots has to happen for the move to occur.  So, for now, we still by and watch everything unfold;  should make for an interesting summer.
