Notable:
Took just 14 seconds for the Moose to open the scoring as leading scorer Alex Limoges got things started in Chicago.
Jets prospect defenceman and first year pro Tyrel Bauer with some nice anticipation as he cuts off a pass by the Wolves and then fed Greg Meireles who gave Manitoba a 2-0 lead.
Alternate captain Cole Maier scored his 14th of the season which gave the Moose a 3-0 lead just over seven minutes into the 1st. He did some nice boardwork and then ripped a shot top corner.
Jansen Harkins has a new career high in goals with his 16th of the season. He made it 4-0 for the Moose in the 1st.
Give Jeff Malott two straight seasons with at least 20 goals as he leads the Moose in goal scoring. He made it 5-1 for Manitoba with his patented tip of a shot from the point on the power play.
Jets prospect Declan Chisholm matches Sami Niku for most assists by a defenceman in the Moose 2.0 era with number 38 on Malott goal. Niku achieved that in 2017-18. That same year Mason Appleton had 44 which is the current high in a season since 2015-16.
Dominic Toninato put the exclamation point on this one as he scored with nine seconds left in the 3rd period. Extra long hand in the air after a feisty final frame. It set a career high for him in goals with 15.
Goalie Arvid Holm made 33 saves on 34 shots. He improves to 16-9-3 with a 2.64 GAA and a 0.914 save%.
Moose rolled to an impressive 6-1 over the Wolves in Chicago to improve to 32-19-5- 3 which gives them 72 points. They sit one back of 2nd and two back of 1st.
