Manitoba Moose sign Peter Stoykewych on a one-year AHL contract

Looks like the local boy is staying local for at least one more year.  Moose announce they’ve signed Peter Stoykewych.

Moose Release:

The Manitoba Moose have announced the club has agreed to terms with Peter Stoykewych on a one-year AHL contract.

Stoykewych, 22, had seven points (0G, 7A) and 38 PIM in 47 games for Moose last season. The Winnipeg, MB native played in 139 games for Colorado College recording 34 points (6G, 28A) and 122 penalty minutes in four seasons. He was selected in the seventh round, 199th overall by the Atlanta Thrashers in 2010 NHL Draft.
